Something’s shifting. I can feel it, and I know many of you do too. We’re in the midst of an accelerated evolution – a time when personal and collective awakening is happening faster than ever. It’s as if the planet itself is vibrating at a higher frequency, but right alongside this shift, we’re also experiencing a wave of consumerism and competition that feels disconnected from the deeper changes we’re being called to make.
It’s almost like we’re being asked to evolve, but some of the systems we’ve built – systems that, frankly, have served us in the past – are now dragging us down. This is what I’m calling Quantum Capitalism. It’s the tension between an accelerated path to collective growth and the outdated mechanisms of capitalism that still rule our world.
Let me be clear: capitalism itself is not inherently bad. It’s a system that’s been effective in creating opportunities and driving innovation. But when capitalism becomes a machine that walks over others, when it disregards human dignity and well-being in pursuit of making more and achieving more, that’s where we’ve got a problem. When we prioritize individual gain over collective good, when we are rushing so fast that we can’t hear others, we have an issue that we are all starting to see and face as a human race.
I have been feeling something a bit off for years; however, only now after a very real and lived experience through a separation, I’m starting to open and speak up about what I realize is a big challenge we collectively face.
Evolution is natural as we humans feel the breeze of change and being called to step up our game in these turbulent times. And how wonderful it is to have support, programs, tools, guides that makes things so much more easy, convenient and comfortable. Yet, support and care is felt and not just sold. It can be available to everyone and not just the fortunate few percent.
By going through an intense personal experience – a breakup, a separation, a loss that broke me down to my core, I realized so much of what I believed in and poured my life into for many years, didn’t hold me in the moments when I actually needed support. Healers, friends, and energy workers, I assumed ‘tribe family’ that turned cold overnight. Conversations that were not ‘high frequency’ or uncomfortable to address were avoided and I realized that the personal development space is filled with more of the same it’s selling to ‘fix’.
Of course, we are just humans and trying to figure out the game. Yet a few experiences triggered some quite uncomfortable questions in me sheding light to what I’m no longer aligned to:
I have recognized a pretty wide gap between what we claim to offer in personal development and how we actually show up as humans. There is so much talk about healing, abundance, love and support. In good times I have an abundance of teachers, friends who love me, love to support me with my events and jump on the stages I create. But when push comes to shove, it’s a different story. In my darkest hours, only a few people have really shown up and offered their support that I’m deeply grateful for.
The personal development industry is flooded with promises of success and healing, but a lot of it feels like BS. There’s an undercurrent of ego, competition, consumerism, where people are sold on “quick fixes” or “high-ticket” programs that look great on the pictures and the brochure but in reality, facilitators are not always living what they teach, leaving people often confused and disconnected (I was one of them). We’ve turned growth and expansion into a product – something to be bought and sold – rather than a way of being and being in service to others.
Real authentic growth is listening, knowing and growing in one self. It can be individually, in a group container, or as simple as sitting under a tree – Buddha knew this 🙂 Funnily enough, going back to my home country to the love and kindness of my family for a month provided me with more healing than all the programs, coaching and sessions I was doing to manage my trauma bond breakup.
There is simplicity and truth to our growth – and it costs nothing. Only presence, love and care. In my humble opinion, this is great news as love, care, kindness is available to all of us all the time – so the quantum shift can happen very easily and it’s available for everyone without breaking the bank and giving more credit to ‘gurus’ who are often dressed up egos feeding of from their need for significance to be the healers, guides who have the secret key lol 🙂
For me, it’s time to stop pretending. And recognize that the“growth” industry can sometimes feed into the same harmful patterns of greed, individualism, and ego that we’re supposedly trying to overcome. I’m not assigning blame or claims, as I have been part of this madness for years; just pointing out my observations that I have gathered on the way.
I feel it’s important point to raise, especially as the gap is widening between crypto and quantum millionaires and society at large. At the end of the day we are all interconnected and facing the same changes and challenges on the planet and the sooner we realize this, the better we can collaborate and make sure we are not just ‘fixing things for ourselves’ but rather seeing how we can be in greater service to the whole.
Even-though, I draw attention to inauthenticities in the growth industry, I also want to acknowledge many amazing individuals, groups and long-standing programs that have supported people for many years and genuinely are in service to people. I found an easy way to spot authenticity and identify who are the teachers and healers – seeing who are the people you can ask hard questions from and willing to meet you in the depth of your enquiry, and who are the ones who get offended, reject, avoid and project.
Quantum capitalism, in my view, requires us to reconsider the way we approach success, wealth, and growth. If we are truly evolving, if we are genuinely moving toward a new world, we must learn how to use abundance with care as a tool for collective good, not just individual gain. Real success isn’t just about how much you can extract from the system. It’s about creating value for everyone and lifting others up as we rise.
What does this look like in practice? It means prioritizing collaboration over competition, willing to have the uncomfortable conversations and not just the ones that suits us, connection over commodification and being in service when need arises and not only when selling your next retreat. It means creating new economic models – one based on sustainability, integrity, and community. It means acknowledging that true wealth is measured not by the number of zeros in your bank account, but by the impact you have on others.
This awakening is calling me to pause, reflect, question and see alternative ways to move forward. It’s time to recognize that the path to true success isn’t paved with the bones of others, it’s built on the foundations of care, empathy, and support – values that align with a more harmonious path to human evolution.
I’m excited to disrupt the system and reinvent the rules of the game that honors our collective consciousness. Because the more we evolve, the clearer it becomes: the old ways no longer serve us. We are ready for something better, more harmonious and aligned.
